By making a reservation with STPETEXO ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them before booking.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a Hypershell Exoskeleton, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a waist measurement of 38 inches or less.
  • Be in good general health and physically capable of walking unassisted.
  • Not be pregnant.
  • Not have active injuries, joint conditions, or recent surgeries affecting your legs, hips, or lower back without prior written medical clearance.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any renter who does not meet these requirements at time of pickup.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking through our online system. Full payment is due at the time of your rental session. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though your confirmed reservation price will be honored.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund. You may reschedule once with at least 4 hours' notice.
  • No-shows: Forfeit the full rental fee.

4. Safety Briefing & Fitting

All renters must participate in a mandatory safety briefing and fitting (approximately 5 minutes) before operating the device. The Hypershell Exoskeleton must only be used in the manner demonstrated during the briefing. You agree to follow all staff instructions regarding safe operation.

5. Assumption of Risk

Renting and operating a powered exoskeleton device involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, muscle strain, and device malfunction. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them. You agree that STPETEXO is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of the equipment, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

6. Equipment Care & Damage

You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period. You agree to:

  • Use the Hypershell Exoskeleton only as instructed and within its rated operating environment.
  • Not expose the device to water, sand, mud, or extreme temperatures beyond normal outdoor conditions.
  • Return the equipment in the same condition it was provided.

You will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement of any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating guidelines. Normal wear from proper use is covered by us.

7. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Operating the device while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair judgment or motor function.
  • Allowing any other person to use the rented device.
  • Using the device for commercial purposes, competitions, stunts, or any activity not covered in the safety briefing.
  • Removing or tampering with any components of the device.

8. Privacy

We collect your name, email address, and phone number to manage your reservation and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may contact you with service-related communications or, with your consent, occasional updates about STPETEXO offerings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation governs your rental. Continued use of our booking system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
